"Everything about the Riad Amegrad was fantastic - we were exceptionally well looked after - the rooms were spotless. Breakfast was great, slightly different each day. We had lunch most days and left it to the cook - the quality and variation was fantastic. Salah and Abdul couldn’t do enough for you. In terms of location you couldn’t find better to get around Marrakech. Abdul arranged transfers and pick ups which made the whole trip seamless. Communication was great - I really could not fault Riad Amegrad or the team that worked there."

"Thanks to Abdul and the whole team for treating us perfectly. A Riad full of charm, just like its attentive staff at all times. The location in the heart of the Medina makes it magical, and it is perfectly accessible by transfer from the airport; they drop you right at the door (those of us who have been to Marrakech before really appreciate that). The only minor issue we noticed (as in all Riads) is the smell of dampness that can sometimes be present in the rooms downstairs (but this is common due to the type of construction). Other than that, thank you for the hospitality and we will return. A city where hospitality and authenticity are never lost. Thank you."

"This was the first Riad that my wife and I stayed at during our Morocco trip. Corresponding with Abdul (manager) was extremely easy as Abdul was very responsive. We were immediately blown away by the beauty of the courtyard, with mood lighting and gentle music. We were treated to delicious tea and cookies (some of the best we had on our trip). Our room was also gorgeous, slightly smaller than other Riads but this actually made it cozy and enjoyable. The location is great, just a 7 min walk from Jemaa el Fnaa, and the Riad is located on a very quiet street in a safe part of the medina. We also can't say enough good things about Abdul. He took the time to draw out on a map walking directions from the Riad to all the major highlights in Marrakech, which was extremely helpful. In addition, on our last day we were running late to catch our train. We were going to miss the train if we tried to catch our own taxi from the square. Adbul immediately jumped into action and drove us to the train station himself and didn't ask for anything in return. He is a gem!"

"Look no further for the best riad in Marrakesh! We’ve lived in Morocco for 3 months, and stayed in many riads in many cities (including other riads in Marrakesh) and my 3 kids proclaimed this “The best riad EVER!” Perfect location, close to everything, we walked to shops and the square and souks. It is beautifully decorated in the traditional style with an amazing terrace. Comfortable beds, great for families, kids loved the small pool. The courtyard has beautiful plants and fruit trees. Your host Abdul is so wonderful, kind, and accommodating. He gave us a map of Marrakesh and sightseeing recommendations and walking directions to get there. He helped us organize transfers from train station and a day trip to Ait Ben Heddou, and checked on us everyday. Overall wonderful stay, perfect location, lovely and well appointed spaces. Look no further, just stay here!!"

"It was an amazing stay from the time we arrived there to the moment we left. The whole team makes you feel at home in the Riad, but also help with recommendations, taxi bookings, trips… The breakfast has been our best meal during the stay by far, rooms are cleaned everyday and they always have a warm cup of tea for you, day and night. Location is also perfect. Thanks to the Riad Amegrad Team!"

"We had a wonderful stay with Abdul and his team. The Riad is beautiful and well decorated. The walk to the main markets is 5 or 6 mins and its easy enough to find once you've been there once. Abdul arranged a pick up from the airport, which was amazing because the taxi got us to within 30 meters of the Riad, which is no small feat in Marrakech.  The breakfast was amazing and a big highlight for our kids.  We had a family room for 4, which was a good size and very comfortable. The roof terrace was another highlight.  Abdul also organised out 3 day trip to the amazing Erg Chebi, which went very well.  We were always greeted with mint tea and an offer of advice or support.  This is a real gem - highly recommended."
